TOKU Stockholm are sustainably designed sneakers created by Piibe Tomp and handmade in Estonia. These washable sneakers combine classic style with the signature TOKU twist. Wear them on a muddy festival field or a rainy city walk – no problem. Simply remove the laces and insoles, place them in a laundry bag and wash them in the washing machine. The result is a timeless and comfortable design that is easy to maintain.
FOR A BETTER FUTURE AND ENVIRONMENT
We value quality, sustainability and environmental responsibility. Every stage of production is carefully considered to minimise environmental impact. We choose partners who share our values and use reusable packaging instead of traditional shoe boxes. Every year, we also plant around 2,000 trees to support the preservation of Estonia’s natural environment.
LEATHER
The leather used in the details comes from European farms and is processed in Italy. The leather can be machine washed.
TEXTILE
50% renewable solar energy is used in the production of the fabric. The outer layer consists of 70% cotton and 30% polyester. The lining is made from 100% recycled PET.
INSOLE
The insole is made from breathable microfiber with activated carbon and natural cork underneath. This ensures comfort, keeps feet dry and helps reduce unwanted odours.
OUTSOLE
The outsole is made from 100% natural rubber produced from the latex of Hevea trees. The latex is harvested in Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam before being processed in France, where the final sole, LACTAE HEVEA®, is produced.
All TOKU shoes are handmade in Southern Estonia by a family-owned company that has been producing quality footwear since 1927. They embrace slow fashion by using natural materials and creating versatile, long-lasting styles designed to serve you for many years.
